All players MUST have a picture ID on them at time of sign up.
All Sanctions will be Verified with the BCA Membership program
at time of sign up to confirm you are currently sanctioned with the BCA.
If you are not sanctioned, you can not play. You can go to www.playbca.com and
check your sanctioned status yourself under the “Member Lookup”, if you find you
are not sanctioned then you need to check with your league operator about it.

are not on the BCA Master or Ad-
vanced List or of known ability
of the same. Includes VNEA List

Scoresheets; Managing and Dropping Off (Capitol Hill/Wash Park)

The visiting team is in charge of bringing the scoresheets to their scheduled match. The league will email a file with the score sheets in it to the away team captain each week.That captain must print them and bring them to the location of the match. Then, after the match has concluded each team captain will sign off on the scoresheets to ensure accuracy. Scoresheets and dues collected that night will be put in an envelope and signed by each captain. Then you must take them to the closest drop off point; Sancho’s Broken Arrow, The Park Tavern, or The Pub on Pearl. They must be dropped off by 6pm the following day after the match, no exceptions unless cleared through league office. Failure to turn them in on time will result in forfeited points for team handling paperwork. So, please take care of them promptly and avoid a penalty. If for any reason you cannot make it then you must call Jake immediately and he will try to work with you if feasible.

New League Forming in the Parker Area

The 5280 Pool League is looking to expand into the Parker/CastleRock area. We are starting a 4 on 4 BCA 8-Ball League. I have contacted many bars and have been met with enthusiasm for what we have to offer. We run a cash league, meaning that a portion of all dues paid is used to pay the top teams at the end of each round. It breaks down to; about twice dues back for top team, dues back for 2nd ranked team, and about half of dues back for 3rd place team. We all play in pool leagues so why not play in one that pays you back. This league was constructed as a players league, meaning that if you don’t win your matchees it hinders your teams chances of winning, eliminating the need to sandbag to keep a low ranking. That, in turn, makes it fun for everyone to play evenly with our handicap system. So, grab some friends, contact a local bar, and enter your team today. I have currently contacted and hung fliers at many bars in the area incuding, Buffalo Boyds, the Stagecoach, CastleRock Bar and Grill, the Score, the Rail, Parkway Bar and Grill, the Tailgate, Funugyz, etc… If you know of a bar that would like to be a part of this league then reach out and ask to put your team there. Scotch Doubles Leagues

Looking for a little pool action over the summer while your favorite division is on break? Interested in trying out pool league but you can’t find enough people to start a full team? Well, grab a partner and sign up for our Summer Scotch Doubles leagues.

We are actively pursuing an 8-Ball division on Monday nights and a 9-Ball division on Wednesday nights. Our goal is to start these divisions the week of July 11th, 2011 and have them finish no later than the first week of September. We plan on using the same handicapping systems that we use with our current 8 and 9-Ball divisions.
